International Staff Week – UCLL Belgium, 2-6  December  2024

We are pleased to invite you to the fifth edition of the International Staff Week at the Faculty of Management and the Program of Applied Computer Sciences of UCLL University of Applied Sciences, which will run from 2 to 6 December 2024 in both Leuven and Limburg.

During this week, you will be given the opportunity to teach one or more classes in your field of expertise. You will, however, also have the time to share best practices with international colleagues, to strengthen existing or establish new partnerships, and to discover both our Leuven and Limburg campuses.

Please note the following practicalities:

• Registration fee: 100 euros which covers the cost of 5 lunches on campus, 1 formal closing dinner, a bus pass with 10 rides and all activities in the social and cultural program. Participants are expected to take care of their accommodation and international transportation themselves, but UCLL will provide useful information and discounts at the Pentahotel in Leuven. We expect all participants to make hotel reservations in Leuven.

Registration deadline: Participants are kindly asked to register for this event no later than Monday, 30 September 2024 via the following UCLL-website, where a more detailed program is available. Please also read our cancellation policy on the UCLL-website. 

Participants: The event coordinators will select 1 participant per partner institution based on the information provided in the application form and the matches which can be made with the UCLL lecturers. 
Please note that only a 30 spots for this event are available at the faculty of Management & Law and another 10 at the Program of Applied Computer Sciences.  
All participants are expected to attend the full event from Monday morning, 2 December to Friday afternoon 6 December 2024. The terms of payment of the registration fee will be communicated after the selection.
